Mindfulness and more!!!

Hey all, how are u all doing?

I know everything is not going well because of this Uncertainty and Covid-19. but nonetheless, you have to motivate for future reality. because everything will be going to be usual soon. so today's session I am talking about the little little things, I personally believe to change my life, as far as accomplishment is concerned.

Like I shortly shared my views on  about procrastination on my previous blog. this is similar to that but all about mental relaxation.

wow, what a lovely Weather here, Super Gloomy and Pouring outside with the sip of Tea and mesmerizing feeling by nature outside the window. on that note, Let begin 

Our thoughts reflects our Behaviors, 

Our Behaviors reflects our Habits                    

and Good habits, Shapes our Behaviors.

and finally as per our behaviors our Destiny will be Change. 


Fit work,good health, little Roaming,Quality Family time, Balancing  this all timely and i loved to do it.

so this is following Way change my life in Good way.


I.  Every morning, quite a rushy Nowadays.

     A morning tea with love one, a See off for good Productive and Positive start. spend sometime               with alone. (skip morning fitness nowadays because of Rush).

II. Write a Gratitude note, to what you have.( shhhhh, i am sharing here first time, not even share with my loveonces.) 

     Grateful for what i have and my desire.  

III. After a while, a Good positive reading session of my Fvt Authors.

      


One of my fvt Author says,

To achieve goals, you have never achieve before, you need to start doing things, you have never done before.

Stop please everyone, Stop impress everyone,stop overthinking. your just a human with self nature.  

IV.  Self compassion  (acceptances all your Virtues and Vice. )

V.    Be around people with high energy.

VI.  Don;t worry about what you can't control.


Few of us a big big Movie Buff,  I am one of those. Alright! 

but not only for stress relief but taking something  good thing out of it.

Main Udhana Chahta hu,

Bhagna Chahta hu,

Girna bhi Chahta hu ,

But Rukna nhi Chahta.

but kabhi kabhi rukna bhi zaruri hai, (for charged up) rukkar khud ko sawal Puchna bhi zaruri hai, ye depression  kyu hai , ye strees kyu hai.

as I mention above my mindfulness activity changed a life little bit on good note.

A good reading session, Gratitude for grateful, A good night walk with sound talk. and cup of tea steaming hot tea with love one. (mandatory๐Ÿ’ฆ) hence start further day.

Apparently, this is very little things but honestly its change whole vibes.

 Mindfulness activity:-    Reduced Stress

                                         Increased Focus

                                         Improved Emotional Intelligence. 



This is all tested and proven on me. and I help you a bit for your mindfulness. Stay Happier it will change your Destiny.

Hello Guys, I hope u all are doing well, if not then read this, you will be surely crisp Ur  mood. so stay tune.
