THE SHADE OF WELL-BEING

Hey All, hope you all are doing great. and I always wish, you guys will be rock it! in every sense.

For a while not sharing my thoughts on the paper, so today, seems super cheerful,windy and romantic day.feels write something absolutely realistic and relevant to each one. so make sure,you guys will stick around in the very end. so lets began.

lets talk about greatness and well being. I always talk about motivation, productivity, positivity so its a gentle reminder  i can not resist myself to write on it. you can find several quote on it on google as well, but i would love to mention this is my version of well being.

well being! well, it is totally debatable still in the universe.

so i completely mention what i experiences about, i know its a very subjective. 

 HOW WELL BEING DESCRIBE?

As per me, it's a how you optimistic, each time. also manage to stress burst. because  when you have ability to do it, you will surely happy, prosperous,healthy and wealthy..

Apparently, well being measured by your thoughts,actions and experiences..

like i always said before, our thoughts reflect our action. so be positive and ready for roll. 

add on to it, well being bifurcate into few categories as per goodness.

this is my version of defined.


PHYSICAL

i guess, everyone wants to stay fit, healthy and looking good right?and we consciously try to achieve it in curtain manner. 

EMOTIONAL

hmm, i would  especially like to emphasize on this category. because it is somewhere deeply connected to well being for sure. when our emotional state is fine, we always feels cheerful, enthusiastic. feels ability to burst biggest life stress.

SOCIAL

I still figure it out, honestly i am very bad in to maintain the social relation, but i am trying. it is definitely part of good well being for sure. connecting with people and celebrating each others happiness and low side.

WORKSPACE

we spend maximum time of the day in the workspace. so it should be defiantly fill with postivity. but very often, we face politics and loose connection. but we should works towards mental own peace. good connection with office environment and be stronger.

ECONOMICAL

again its a subjective. we always heard satisfaction importance more than money. but inclined towards practicality,  i feel its a myth and rubbish thought. but for basic living and basic luxury we needs sufficient economical fund for living decent life. i mention decent life not luxurious one. and for that we constantly put our heart and soul to comfort life. and trying to maintain smooth funding and once that achieve that is Well Being.  

LIFE SATISFACTION

and lastly most most weighted that is satisfaction for well being. and again honestly i work on that personally. because i never satisfied for little things i always wished for little extra.  u know,(ye dil mange more) and i realized i got panic unnecessary. panic in certain manners, i panic whole surrounding with me. sounds Nerd, haina!!! but ugly truth. 

then what i did? when i panic, unknowingly i hamper myself and my inner strength, stop indulged myself to better version of me. of course feels bad for things not working out according to our vision..

 i figure out where my effort goes wrong? i am not the person to happy with things that have, i constantly working to change the destiny according to me. keep no barriers for work as of now i succeed,. there is no any funda to things goes toward satisfaction, but good mental stability and constantly working towards it (lage raho). that doesn't mean impress others  i urge you stop it right now. stop overthinking, try to balance with everyone, impress our self. and trust me. your own well being is satisfied.

2nd half

like i mention before, you find out well being in different platform(Google baba), i urge you guys try to find out your own way of goodness. how you find it? above conversation surely help you people. and as per my tested ways i given below so lets see.

make a grid 

start listing down everything.

LIFESTYLE GOALS:- how you spend your life or want to live, what to eat. how you want your surrounding to be live in.? which types of friends do you want for positive result.  trust me, surround yourself with the people who inspire you to level up..

FINANCIAL GOALS:- how much do you want to save, how much money do you spend ,yearly or monthly. what are you want in your life irrespective financially. and our sorted.


PHYSICAL GOALS:- how you want to look. what to wear, and most important how  are you achieve more  healthier life.

EMOTIONAL GOALS:- how do you want to feel everyday? which feeling want to overpower you? how to stop negativity? etc.


Lastly

well being is periodic, i means its differ in every stage of age. in curtain stage we have happiness towards that point of time. we value love relationships, we value finances, we value child in curtain stage of age.

we are need none any mediation( dhyan sadhana) like babaji, we have to plan our-life according to our way and that is real well being. i hope this note you surely feels relevant in your life. so see ya in next time, till then show your love stay connected.
